Jesus and Paco(Los Vatos Loco) are known to have beef with Barb's Bitches, so it is very likely we may see them assisting RMC with the secret squirrel shit Stan wants Ryker to pull off. I can also see LVL and RMC cooperating after in a few legal enterprises like a few new 420 shops(legal in Cal).

Ryker's loves come in 2 styles. Pocket Rockets, Tink, Pip, Emily, Angel and Jessy, and Smoking Chokers,Rai, Angelica[soon], Ash, Tori and Bunny. This leaves the Milfalicious group Dee, Tracy, Nora, Kat, and Piper and the Latina Quarter of Chloe, Juanita and Maria. For now, LeeLee is not invited to join her sisters in the Pocket Rockets. C2 promises a few additions with Angie and Brooke joining the family, possibly Geraldine if we get lucky, Sasha if Dim is bored, Steffi(Babes), Frannie and Milla(XXX).

IF the player is not a plant from Barb's Bitches, Jaybird is getting out soon. Any slimy puke who left him to die in a cage needs to be buried in a fire ant mound. If not for Jay's pending release Candi would top my list of things to do but he is and she ain't.

Jay was the one that sent the letter saying he wasn't getting out due to something that happened in jail, there is no parole hearing anymore.

No idea where you're getting plant from, you can't work with Barb, like, at all.

You can make a deal with Tori. On this path it is hinted that she may influence the Jay's parole hearing, so it could happen.

Actually Jaybird did gave Candi a free pass because he believe's he's inside for good.
Tori on the other hand has offered to use her powers get him out despite his situation.
Providing Ryker took the deal tori will make good on that offer.
However here is the rub... OBD said something along the lines of:
It's a long road between being pardoned and actual freedom and anything could happen.
So make of that what you will.
Just Sayin.

She can't change the law, at best she can pt a few words in the right ears.

Ok then I will put it another way:
She may not make the law true and maybe the mayor is not able to pardon.
However OBD writes the game and OBD all but said she will make good on the promise.
Now sorry but if he says she will I'm inclined to believe him.
