sure there were former Rouges, but sadly at the time the game takes place the club is fucking thin. Looking forward to Ryker getting his patch finally and the club getting some fresh blood, it's about time.

Yeah, I think we saw the first of the new Rogues in the last update, Gunny Guerra. Gunny and his wife are empty nesters. He has a scooter in storage. His wife's father was president of a club that Gunny's dad belonged to. Ryker talks to him about getting his ride fixed up and introducing him to the Rogues.

doesn't help that they have quite stiff initiation procedures, unlike the Minions who basically picks up common street thugs by the looks of it..

Big Ed is dead. Kat, Stan and Dee confirmed it and Quack confessed to unaliving him. Ed might have been VP and the club is slow to replace him or there are others we have not met yet.
It is also quite possible that VP is someone we will only meet at Church along with any other Rogues not introduced yet.

yeah.. they're probably putting it on hold since and officer's locked up. on a side note, i hope Ryker finally gets the muscle car restored after the last beta..

My theory on RMC Officers post Minnows war: New Prez(Even if Stan survives) Sluggo, VP(Unless he is currently unknown) Finn, Road Captain stays with Gunner, Enforcer(replacing Sluggo) Ryker(Secret Squirrel), new Prospects Marcus, Spike, a former Marine from the PTSD group, 2 former members of Ryker's unit living in the area and a Navy SeAL recently mustered out. Bikes recovered from Barb's Bitches will be used as Prospect taxes.
