Its fixed, but yeah still MTL and for 2.2 you need uncensor patch

try turnoff the anti-virus.
if the game still won't launch without using the plugin, there may be a problem with the files you downloaded.

The game works fine as does SW_Decensor, but when I try to use the above plugin it closes the game and attempts to load something via Steam even if it's off.
There is something very wrong with that plugin.
