I'm not sure which one you mean. The academy is for training slaves so there is no Mistress role. The closest is probably Governess. You can see the list of endings and hints on how to get them in the dev console. The password is Gloss. Correct spelling is required.

If I remember correctly the Celeste academy has 2 parameters to choose the role you graduate with.

Submission/independence and value.

Personally I am not familiar with the role of Mistress as a possible graduation from the academy so I guess you are referring to the most dominant positions you can get after graduating.

For that I would recommend you to graduate with high independence (avoiding submission but respecting the rules) and obtain high value (mainly by obtaining the high end modifications).
