Is it possible to revert minami's event before the choice, so that she can naturally be to 100 lust. (without restarting the game...)
Because I am not sure if the other harem events (like home harem) can still happen just from the fact minami's bar was artifically raised without certain events of her being completed.

del DONE["spank_minami"] will set the event as not being done so you can do the event again.You don't need to worry about that, there's nothing tracking your choices during the event, plus sub checks only look at what the sub score is at.

Let's just say that Andrealphus wants to create the story a certain way for whatever reason and roll with it. There is no need in arguing, since most of this (siscest v momcest, incest v NTR) is just a matter of taste and Andrealphus has his. No Angela for Mike.
