RPGM - Completed - Luminous Stellakyrie [1.0] [MENOKATAKI GAMES]

A derivative of a derivative. A game so bland and tasteless that you wonder how are japs making hundreds of these...

The artist is decent... for semi-chibi styled faces. But the H-designer is probably as creatively sterile as most japs. It all revolves around rapid insertion and generally pleasing sex. No actual violation, no real harm, no threat - this is another magical girl that puts on a dress to go get some type of game.

And the gameplay... pixelated sprites, no detailed combat, no combat animations - just some reaction QTEs. That's like THE most cancerous thing imposed on THE most bland design. Forget Haremon, forget "spam buttons to escape" - this is just spam buttons to play.

Gameplay time: 2-3 hours (Last record save time is 2:45)

Good game, i like the art game actually tries to have a combat(on hard mode) when i saw the 3GB downlaod i thought this was going to be a long game but it's actually short...

Story is the usual H-game Magical girl plot wich i ALWAYS like, bad thing about the combat is how on some fight it takes way too long for our turn because there's too many enemies doing their attack one at a time, and the level design just being areas full of trash mobs that can easily makes you overlevel if you dash them

The H-Scenes are decent but sadly characters barely talk about them and the ones with other characters aside from the MC are always game overs also this game is a ''huge'' setup for a sequel wich made so that all characters with sprites aside from MC and Aqua didn''t get a H-scene wich is actually super funny to me because the 3 random MC friends without sprites got their scenes...

tl-dr: This game could have been MUCH better but i still liked this game enough to give this a 4-Star and if a sequel does come out i am 100% playing it

anyway, decent game.

negatives:

-no battlefuck
-sex on defeat only (but you can easily lose from enemy tricks or story choices)
-some bugs
-some translations make little sense. (90% of it understandable)
-no skip messsages (but not much text anyway)
-majority of sex scenes have no animation, but boss fight defeats do have animations(Live2D animated)


positives:

+art looks nice.
+qte (quick time event) gameplay, dodges + skills both, skills require different input, was a breath of fresh air compared to majority of rpgm games.
+3-4hours of gameplay, doesn't really waste your time.
+many MANY sex scenes on defeat, every encounter despite being same enemy (but stronger) have different sex scenes. so every new place you can try to lose, sometimes you dont even have to "try", it can happen naturally if you are into it.
+probably can do virgin run.
+running with SHIFT can instakill enemies if you are much stronger, reduces grind a lot.


note:

if you ever choose "exploration" in your home, the red house in "neighborhood" is how you enter back to your home to continue progression... you can probably feel like you are stuck because that house looks like a background art.

sometimes animations will be EXTREMELY fast if you have high fps monitor, so if it bothers you limit your monitor fps to 60 in those animations.

heroines usually dont enjoy being raped, and there is no corruption mechanic. but some rape scenes they enjoy it.

decent game. in beginning i was ready to give it 2/5 but it's kinda good if you are into rape, just looks low effort at first.
