actually she did not say NO, wasn't drugged or heavily drunk in way she couldn't react or process situation. she was offered only two options: take initiative or let him take (sub). so it was not rape.
and how many of us went in bed with someone, even not drunk, and regreted that in the morning?

I've been following this game from the start, and honestly found this a really strange update. Please keep on mind this is just my opinion.
With the exception of the newly added Professor Moore + pencil scene, the whole tone of this update felt really different from what came before. The writing felt rushed and there was less attention to the character's personality as there was in what came before it. It even felt a bit out-of-character in places compared to what we came to know of some characters before (Darren at the party, for example). Also, when you meet Marco again if you had sex with him the night before, Alice and he acted completely normal and disaffected, despite the fact that Alice spent a while thinking it was gonna be awkward af earlier on. I thought at least Alice would get a bit flustered or stutter or something.
I also didn't like how it felt as if Alice was being shoehorned into situations by the narrative rather then giving the reader the choice. For example, how when you're studying with Bonnie and regardless of the choice you make, you end up saying you were curious about girls and kissed her, even when you'd not showed any interest in girls before then (I'd rejected Sophie outright and hadn't shown any interest in Bonnie beyond friendship). Now normally I wouldn't really care about this, but playing my character as a pretty shy, studious type who was hetero (I was aiming for the professor or Marco) it ruined by immersion. Another thing that was weird about this was being forced to use that sexy dating app. Didn't suit my character at all.
I have just read that the dev was sick or something? I'm really sorry to hear that, and it would explain the way this update comes off. I didn't have any huge ideas about what we'd get beyond the style and quality we were already getting, and the hope to continue playing my character in a way that fit to how she would act.
I will say that I did really like the professor scene though! I'm really looking forward to more content with Professor Moore and Marco in future - they're hot

That happens regardless of choice? That makes me a little less interested in Bonnie actually. I like f/f options so that I can make the choice myself, I always feel like it cheapens the narrative in these games if I'm being railroaded towards something, even if it's an option I like..

I finished 0.4 but there are more locked scenes in gallery. Did I miss something and it's possible to unlock them too? For example the professor shows 2 scenes, I only have the 'playing footsie' scene. Same with Bonnie, only 1 out of 5 scenes unlocked. Or Darren 0 out of 1, etc.

I don't know about you, but woke politics is not the reason I play porn games. Also, the sex scene with Marco is 100% avoidable if you don't show interest in him.

I tried both the options of talking to Bonnie and focusing on the studying and both ended up with the lesbian interest and kiss scene, which felt really weird because I couldn't recall ever encouraging her.
There is a new scene that was added in this Beta for the professor and Alice flirting, some photography with Alice and intimacy with Tom for Bonnie, and one of Darren spying.
It's nothing to do with woke politics, it's about player agency, and just because you don't care doesn't mean other people don't either. Simply showing an interest in some guy shouldn't mean that you're given no option when it comes to intimacy, especially if you change your mind about them in the meantime but are given no chance to indicate this before then.
My old saves from the previous chapter worked.

Ok so I do have like a third of the game still locked, it's insane, I thought I checked every option possible. This game needs a walkthrough, the WT Mod didn't help me much I guess.

All of those scenes are in the newest chapter (including the newest Beta version), if that helps.
You mean Tom? The dev said the beta "fixed" the requirements to unlock that scene (a common theme when it comes to this game's alphas), but I'm still trying to figure out what those new requirements are.
Be a jerk to Sophie and Bonnie throughout the game, I guess.

The event triggers in the beta still seem way off. A couple from my playthrough:
- Alice let Tom kiss her on the first day (and they even had sex in the archive) but at college they now talk as if she brushed him off
- Alice canceled on studying with Tom to go to the party with Sophie, but the game as if she made the opposite choice
- And as noted the party is still totally weird. Bonny and Tom have sex out of the blue and Alice is nowhere to be seen.

They made some changes in the previous chapter too. So maybe that also mess up with older save games.

Reading the comments, I just don't get all the complaints. Could we just let this dev do their thing, and wait till they get to the end game of this story. It's a new dev and as of right now doing some good work. Not to mention being upfront with updates. Take that frustration out on alice, not on the dev XD

That's not helpful or constructive though? If I baked you some cookies and you watched the whole process silently I'd assume you had no issues... but if I finish and then you're like "Those smell great but I'm allergic to peanuts, that brand of flour you used gives me hives and I spread smallpox on that bowl you used." then I'd be quite annoyed you didn't say anything earlier.
Of course, "this update doesn't have enough content" or "this alpha has a lot of bugs" is rarely useful, and some people take it too far and act incredibly entitled as well... but expressing your dissatisfaction in a way that's not whiny/annoying/entitled can be helpful. Constructive criticism, they usually call it.
