The lesbian scene during studying only happens if you have "gay points" in the code. If you express zero interest in girls (Bonnie, Sophie, Lei, telling Chevalier you like girls etc) you shouldn't have any gay points and thus the scene (and others like itI guess) shouldn't trigger. This release is very buggy though so it's likely not working as intended.
If you use unren to unlock the console you can check and change these variables manually.

Does someone know all the potential scenes in this update? All I'm getting is the scene with the professor (which is just a pencil in her mouth?), some sexting (didn't see any images), and regardless of my choices with Tom or at the party with Darren I get a lesbian scene with the roommate
Is Zoey Raven or someone from that team planning on doing a WT for this? I think it would be really helpful!

For Bonnie, I told Chevalier that I was interested in girls, told Bonnie she was beautiful and chose to chat instead of studying.
The threesome is pretty bugged as far as I can tell, as I got it once when I shouldn't have and haven't been able to get it since.
Not all of them, I mostly just use the console to unlock scenes.
