When I load the game, a changelog box pops up but whenever i click close, nothing happens. No other screen options work, can't start, load, quit, etc.
Remove the cheat mod or any other mod that replaces screens.rpy
yeah figured that out, removed the mod, had the problem still, so just did a fresh install and fixed it.
I got a problem, mc go to the party alone and drug all the other man first, after that he change his mind and set the party on fire, and I can't get the Isabella reunion scene, is it a bug?

ok how do you even break up with her, if you didn't said no it isabella when you first met her then there is break up option after wards?
Attend the seduction's circle party. Convincing her to your just cause works best and gives you an extra scene with her.
