One of the thing I really like about this game (aside from amazing graphics, good and story story etc.) - the stable 3-4 months release cycle.

Funny. I never used the X when travelling. Like, really ever, I think. I'll get that fixed.
Anyway, you can trigger it by clicking on the character icon. It should do the same thing but trigger the event.
Well, the changelog says, there is a sex scene with Willow, funnily enough, nothing in the gallery and after the story part, where the MC comes clean about Varess, there is nothing left to do. Only thing I can trigger are the boring footjobs in her hotelroom since forever.
The last Willow's scene requires sparing Bernadette's life.
Well, Bernadette is alive, as far as I can tell. I mean, it's over a year and adding a scene that far into the game, that has a requirement, where we made a decision, that nobody remembers anymore and basically forces to restart the game. Yeah don't know how to feel about that.
