Soul society arc: everyone but Renji, Mayuri, kenpatchi & Aizen for most of the story about 30 characters were introduced
ghost mexico because I can't remember how to spell it's real name: everyone but Grimmjow & Nelliel, about 20 characters
Fullbring: 15 or so characters of which 4 matter and mostly as plot devices for
TYBW: 4 characters out of like 30 again matter including the antagonist and one of the "elites"

it's a bit worse than this one but I do see where you're coming from

Are people forgeting that not every character have to be datable and have expanded story or anything, some are just fine as part of the story to be a someone to have fun with, so even if new characters are added doesnt mean they will be datable, maybe just a horny moments mostly if non at all

I feel like the newer contents of the game is a little bit Bored. Don't get me wrong, it's good. But I feel like it's a bit too Vanilla recently. Man, I wish he can expand the bad ending routes, develop old characters more or at least adding more contents to the core features like capturing. You know, like the title "Lustful Desires".

Kubo had a habit of introducing a ton of new characters (and I mean a ton, like 20+ or something) each arc, only for them to either never be seen again, or be incredibly irrelevant later on.
Ok you can't expect to give every character a deep development, you have to make a cut somewhere. Also all characters, even side characters are properly developed, the only exception is the tybw and that's because he was literally dieing (this started around the espada arc) and the anime is filling in many of those blanks. Like leaving the final arc for now, who exactly didn't get properly developed?

For some reason I cannot use your link
Just a Warning for anyone who's downloading from laserjet28
He insists to use very shady file host that's full of ads and not on F95's "Good Host list", as well as ad referral links.

Not saying he's doing anything wrong, All files I downloaded from him are safe so far.
But that could change in an instant since he apparently get money from it.
I'd avoid to use his link if there are other options.

The problem is, with Narram gone, StanG is going to have to take on a LOT of more work, which means either we get fewer CG scenes, less content sprite-wise, less frequent updates, or he overworks himself.

With the amount of loose ends we have right now it's clear the game is not close to being done, wrapping up is out of the question unless hyao gives us an unfulfilling half-finished game, or straight up just drops it, which I don't think he wants to do.
Not really, they do different things. Narram was doing monster arts so we can expect this area drops.
Also, the dynamic between StanG is quite different, he's like part of the creation, not "drawing arts per instruction", so this will be more positive in the long run.

And by "Wrap it up" I'm not saying they should finish as soon as possible, but "Set a Finish Line and moving towards it".
As of now, LD is very Open Ended , almost like Hyao is treating it like a life-time Hobby, thus no point to end it ever.
TBH that was my impression, especially since LD was doing great recently. But it turns out totally NOT fine lol.

Tho, just like the other said, Stay Hopeful. Enjoy while it lasts. Wish Hyao can sort it out soon.

I mean it's not that they are not deeply developed, it's more that most of them never even show up again.

I know StanG and Narram excel at different things, but someone is going to have to cover for Narram's part of the work, and idk who else is doing character art there.

I mean I feel like the *main* story is still involving Nameless and the Witch and their part in the curse of lust causing (most of) all the major problems around the continent somewhat and the MC looking for their teacher (if they ever remember that's what they're supposed to be doing lol), and maybe the disconnected plotlines are supposed to converge at some point, or maybe not, but all of them are very incomplete atm, maaaybe with the exception of the lizard tribe. We also still have a whole area of the continent completely unexplored, so god knows how much content hyao had originally planned for this story.
Definitely one of the most ambitious projects in this genre.

Uh because most of them aren't relevant to the current story... That's a worse take I've seen, you can't expect any story to use most characters introduced. Also most DO in fact return, they just don't have major screen time. If you want more of those SIDE characters then read the light novels or even the games or movies
