The MC is helping Aimee make her own fantasy a reality, but it needs to be done slowly. Having her give Bob a blowjob while the MC is fucking her was already pushing it for a first encounter.
Bob commanding Aimee to do anything would be completely out of character. She's the smoking hot head cheerleader and he's a nerd pervert.
My main concern is whether Bob will keep his mouth shut about it. Aimee doesn't want the label and stigma of being slut shamed by others, just for having some "fun fun" and exploring her own fantasy.

In my opinion, the author initially planned the game as a game where the MC fucks all the girls together with other guys or himself. But with the appearance of Devon, he was pelted with stones by "good Samaritans" with demands for romance in the game and in general that only they were alpha males there and no "extra" content with anyone else. Well, the author did not completely give in (it seems), but he made concessions and gave them Devon to be torn apart (maybe there were other changes), making content and a story with her in accordance with they tastes (well, the absence of some moments from the previous part already seems to say a lot). And no option where they have a choice in behavior and decision-making did not suit them, only a complete lack of an alternative and nothing else, only the "pink" path (but not the one in the box)). So in the end we got what we got. That is, it is not clear what, because the original ideas of the author were suppressed by fans and mixed with his main ideas that did not really fit together initially. Well, what can I say, he was warned not to follow the wishes of the fans and to make the game at his own discretion. It's a pity that he didn't succeed.

This latest update has opened my eyes to maybe there is some history between Hugh and Devon? Perhaps it doesn't go beyond Hugh having a crush on Devon, but I'm not sure. Some pictures below as possible proof?

Those were the two examples that made me post my comment, though there have been others in previous updates, I'm sure. Aimee in this one too (I've not finished playing yet, so maybe more). I did like the conversation with the sperm doner for that second screenshot just after this, could lead to some more interesting times (not that we need any help there...).

I think her disappearing is due to her being a cosplayer. She seems to love dressing up in Star Wars costumes, I'm betting that she also makes money from it. She's likely not ready to tell the MC about it yet, as she's probably afraid of what he will think of it. She doesn't know about the pictures that Bob has been sharing with him, but him seeing the pictures of her dressed up in her room could be the first step.

There's probably something to do with the Girlfriend clause, like she has to agree the MC can sleep around, but she also gets to be a part of the business.
I do wonder if she somehow got wind of the MCs secret status, since most people know more than him at this point.
Also, who called and warned his father, and who got them run off the road? Someone connected to the poker game? Or maybe a swinger power couple, like Devon's parents?
