    It's a game with a seemingly simple story, but when you start it you realize that it's not quite like that. The story has some mysteries, especially around the hospital, since until now it's not possible to know what they really intend with this program. The characters are all very beautiful, especially the wife, and the scenes are good. The game has choices and routes to please different players. Therefore, it's a good game that's worth playing.

    This one is not terrible, but definitely below average. First of all, the story is full of errors on the language, which is understandable, but it's also full of nonsense all around, which is not so. Characters make no sense most of the time, with abrupt changes and reactions that are not believable at all. Choices matter as there are three paths to follow, and they do guide the story in different ways, which I think is great.

    Render quality and character models are in the mediocre range, and animations are directly poor. Sound is absent and I got a few bugs with missing images and things like that.

    So, all in all, not really worth it.

    Too bad the game ended i was excepting a goodfuck of eva in the last scene n showers but it didnt animated and ended too quickly so i downloaded the halloween version and fapped and thats some kinda neutral satisfaction if it executed well means it will be more awesome
    Honestly speaking i played only for netorase and i am so satisfied and so does the netorare scenes its really executed well... except some cons which i mentioned below

    but for karin route there is no interaction with MC at all its like she is totally NTR character which as a netrorase fan i am slightly disappointed that she has not even had HJ or BJ with MC so i hope DEV makes scene with karin and also during netorase scenes with EVA MC projected like a total cuck It would be good If MC joins with other characters and fuck her together like join and fuck with other characters not just a cuck who just watches.
    Thats all as of Now not much sex scenes but the build up and the tensions are really good Hope EVA will be harassed lot of mens and they all grope her thicc body....
    Also pls improve the lighting man lol some scenes were dark.
    Render quality ok but animations are like 1 or 2 secs which is kinda disappointing so take your time and give quality Dev
    Really looking forward for future updates.

    I had hoped for improvement, but after playing 0.51, I'm disappointed. While recent reviews seemed harsh, I now understand their criticism. Opinions on this game depend on personal expectations and, importantly, your main kink. The game's description is misleading, implying potential NTR is just one route among many. After six updates, there are three paths: two NTR variations and one supposed 'love' path, which feels like a scam - even for a free game.

    Despite good models and render quality, the love path is lackluster in its content and sex scenes. It's more about skipping and therefore avoiding NTR scenes, rather than providing an alternative content. The promised excitement, aka quote: "But this does not mean that everything will be boring and ordinary." is absent and love route is boring and ordinary, offering little more than basic bitch options like vaginal or anal scenes... im not kiding. Experimenting is punished - deviating from the love path leads straight to any version NTR, despite attractive characters like nurses are only accessible through cuckold scenarios. I guess no one knows what a Cuck Queen is, huh...

    If you're into Netorare or Netorase, this game might appeal to you. But if you're looking for a genuine love path, or just some interesting deviant scenes between lovers, let alone a strong male having a hot Quck Queen which allows her Hubby to have his own fun with the nurses OR just upright, normal straight MC+Hot Chick scenes -> skip it - it feels like a ripoff.

    I'm sorry, I'm just going to be a bit mean. If you don't like that, don't read.

    The MC is a spineless useless excuse for a husband (but that's not even the real problem). The story is boring because none of the characters are interesting. They serve one purpose and one purpose only. As devices to progress the story. But there is absolutely nothing about the characters that I find admirable or interesting. They might as well be replaced by hamsters. A hamster would have more of my attention than these bland wonder bread characters.

    Also, we're rolling back the years to 2017 with the quality of animations we got going on here.

    To me it seems ntr-logicy. The Mc's wife is about hot enough to be 10 leagues above him or for ntr to make a lot of sense. Some story lines are not fleshed out enough to certainly say nothing happened or was not meant to happen. The patient who would've looked for the wife's node nudes comes early and prompts a "scenes if you showed the wife's pictures earlier."

    In essence. Attention does appear inadequately divided. The main intention in the story looks clear.

    I think the ntr loving community should be quite happy with this but I don't know that for sure. A female lead this hot tends to have a super ntr story or so it seemed to be based on comments in other games.

    The vanilla community probably won't be thrilled with this but will want to see more of the milf so they'll be mixed.

    I'm not going to ignore this just yet. But the hot doctor aside. I don't have much of a reason to look forward to the progression of this unless the story let's the mc workout and become an equal match to the 10 levels out of his league wife. And since I'm here for more vanilla porn, her guiding him to a harem wouldn't hurt.

    Conclusion:
    Great Game with no Blue balling, the wife is Hot as Hell, and I loved how nasty she can get, no burning around the bush, while not advancing too fast, just the the right rate of Gameplay.
    Scene with her in the Subway was Hot as Hell.
    And very Important for me is Dev brings out regular updates and even a Monthly Desktop Calendar for his Patreons.
    This Game is worthy of getting Supported.

    Keep up the Great Job, and looking for the Next release.

    So far a pretty cool game with some lightly branching paths dependent on your choices(there is a netorare/netorase/love path). This is instantly a favorite of mine because of how well these branching choices are done. You actually see variations or entirely different scenes dependent on the choices you made.

    I do agree that the love path doesn't fit to well, but then again it's mainly a netorare/netorase game and those paths are both great.

    Overall a pretty cool game keep up the good work .

    I think it has a different plot than other games in this genre. It has a promising storyline and gameplay. I defend the idea that the game maker should continue without giving up. The characters and character designs are very nice and interesting. It's one of the best games in this genre.

    Storyline is quite interesting, female MCs are hot as hell, it's anal focused which might be a problem for some but a blessing to others, NTR is meh but sex scenes so far are quite good and leaves you wanting more. Honestly I'm bummed this is only a v0.3, I'd have loved to find this game at a polished state. If you only like 10+ GB games with fully animated sex scenes though this might not be the game for you as the current animations are only entry level, the bare minimum. Still gets a 5/5 out of me purely because of potential. Here's to hoping dev keeps up!

    My favorite things in these types of games: OPTIONS

    Super interesting and original premise for the story: Whole family starts their new job working together in a hospital.

    The renders and character models are perfect. Environment is lovely, can improve but nothing to fault it. Story is original that perfectly utilises the Love or Ntr option paths.

    I really love this game. One of the top main factors are because of the OPTIONS. You can go into Love or Ntr with them (the characters) mentioning the effects. The only slight improvement I would suggest are the sex scenes, a little still but high quality.

    Overall rating; just perfect.

    + Women/Girls looks hot, but thanks to low-quality visuals and meh animations it's kind of pointless as a good point.
    + Sex scenes has animations.

    Bad Points
    - Sex scenes has only one animation and position/angle and animations are average at best, they need a lot of improvement to be decent.
    - Visually the game looks low quality, even a little bit blurry.
    - Story & Storytelling are weak.
    - There is weird illusion about your choices mean something, but they mean nearly nothing, because theme is still same, it's either light or heavy.
    - The love path is poorly made.

    For The End
    There is nothing special about this game, as long it doesn't get improvements on needed parts I wouldn't suggest playing it.

    So this is clearly an NTR focused game. While it's true that there's a love path, there is still a bunch of unavoidable shit like having your LI bend over and show their ass to some guys, dressing provocatively and so on. This is annoying to say the least. Also, even if you get put on the "love path" you aren't really put on a "path". It's just what type of choice you want so it really should be explained better. Even if you choose options against the NTR stuff, it still keeps putting you in situations where you need to tell the NTR stuff to fuck off. This is incredibly annoying and again, it's clearly NTR focused. The content for non NTR options is also very limited in what you can do, and the amount of content there actually is. Aside from the NTR garbage, there is another major issues in that the graphics look like they are dated quite heavily. They look like 2019-2020 level graphics, and there are no animations or anything either. The girls also have insanely overblown proportions to the point of looking very weird, especially your wife. The writing is also not very good and it's mainly just extremely cliche perverts trying to cuck you and get their dicks wet. There's nothing deep or interesting here at all, and there is no story either except you work at a hospital. This means all you are left with is dated graphics with no animations, heavily pushed NTR content even if you don't want it, and an empty void of writing that makes you question why you are even playing in the first place. The only real positive thing that I can say here is that the text looks crispy and there is no stupid or crazy font or anything and that everything is correctly labeled. There's also no grammar issues or anything, but other than that I'm sorry but it's a real stinker.

    Version 0.3. A nice little romp, attractive NPCs and Characters. I enjoyed this as a fan of the cheating kinda thing.

    As it is set right now its showing really obvious hints as to what paths you are on, so that is nice to see, you don't need a walkthrough to understand where you are going.

    Graphics are nice, seeing some new situations and new takes on the old porno logic to get to spicy situations, so kudos to the dev for having an imagination that is usually lacking in many of these games/vn's.

    I do see some issues with the stats, and point tracking that this will have problems with in the near future and was already evident in the game. The Dev is attempting to have a few different paths, but the Lust stat seems to be crossing into other paths, making the dialogue and situations confusing.

    I always love to have a solution to a problem when I point it out, so Dev, simply put you need another stat tracker. Cheating stat. The lust stat seems to grant access to scenes for both the sharing and cheating side, when they do not really mean the same thing. I can see the struggle with some of the dialogue already. Simply split your stats. Having a cheating score would allow them to cheat on each other, while a share score allows them to get into that. Otherwise good early attempt on tracking and route splitting.

    Not being into sharing or the cuck/or hotwife thing, I had to fudge things to get hubby to do things because I was missing a point or two when it came time for him or her to cheat.

    As well, because they had sex as husband and wife, the sexual stat went to zero and I missed scenes because they are apparently satisfied...didn't like that.

    Otherwise, a nice game, 4 stars for now, could be a 5 further down the road but if it gets confusing or too long it could be a lesser. 4 for pretty damn good at this point.

    Pros:
    1. Great idea, a different take on the average college story and there is a lot of scope here to do some crazy kinky stuff.
    2. Models look really good and animations are decent
    3. Story is solid and written and structured well.
    4. Choices seem to have some effect on whats going on, not just a button to click giving some replay value albeit small so far.
    5. Decent enough content for a new game, but I didnt start from v.01 so it may be small updates...
    Cons:
    1. Dated style, graphics and look, not a polished and nice as some of the more recent games or revamps seen out there, but decent still
    2. Still not a hell of a lot of content right now
    All in all, great start with some good potential for some crazy stuff to happen, I hope the dev keeps it up and goes all out on the kinks :p

    I'd like to say that it has an interesting presentation. The fact that it features three different routes provides variety and sets it apart. I also like the girls' designs; they fit the setting very well. As for the story, it's fairly straightforward, revolving around the hospital theme, which works nicely. It's better to keep things simple but well-focused than to force overly edgy or excessively convoluted plots. The charm lies precisely in that simplicity and clarity

    I just discovered this, i don't know how i've missed it. i love the graphics and characters.
    In terms of story it's not something amazing, but enough to keep the game going.
    Love the corruption/swinging/ntr/cheating in this game, can't wait for more.
    I will follow this game very closely, and probably will support on patreon in the near future.
