What do you mean “they will be the sandbox events which take place before the end of the story” isn’t the next update just about the end of the story?

Or will it also have a part for more sex scenes with joyce and then the ending will start?

There is a sandbox update after the final story update that will add in more scenes to the story, but not after the end of it, they will be added between the beginning and the end.

anyways try re-dl with jdownloader and re-extract with latest 7zip to a new folder not existing.

Midnight Paradise is using a Nightly SDK now.

I have both the plug-in version 8.3.2 and 8.3.3 of Renpy.

It seems this is the bug of the recent version of JoiPlay. Guys on discord say that this fix should help, unpack it and place rpy file in the game folder. Didn't test it myself yet.

Now another problem that arises is touch. Every time I try to open a door or interact with a character, I don't get the touch and I get stuck without getting to move.
