I posted a couple of saves a little earlier #3,374. with the one at the end of 4e you can still visit Vanessa and repeat the Date as often as you like (I chose the Dom route, but I think you can try the sub route too, though continuing the sub route locks you into waiting for her to make future dates... so maybe save before doing that)

I haven't seen any form of changelog posted, but from what I can tell (unless something specific was added to a route that I haven't chosen) the update just continues the cliffhanger with Julie that

It resolves the incident, but still ends the game on a "to be continued" screen that prevents you from exploring the town anymore. So the only thing really added was some character development for Julie/Grandma and a bit of dialogue. Scene wise you get some awkward flirting with Julie and a short dream sequence that doesn't finish.

"You have to solve puzzles, test your abilities and reactions, and put together information" yeah, hard pass on that crap, I just wanna read, make some choices, and fap, not things more complicated than that that make me go limp, remove my hands from my dick and take my brain out of neutral. If I wanna do that I go to Steam and play something not made in Renpy (and generally not a porno game at all).

There is also a built in cheat mode that lets you skip all that shit.
