Hi, whenever i open the game i get a black screen but can still hear the intro sound effects and all. Any idea how to fix?
- Both part 1 and part 2 ive downloaded from this thread.
- Part 1 was around 282MB and part 2 254MB
- My OS is Windows 10
- I have redownloaded both files but problem persists
- Have opened as administrator but nothing changes
- The screen is black, i can hear the background music and apparently i can click stuff around but screen stays black

Is this the first time playing the game or have you played the game (and worked fine) in the past?
Hi, i have played it just fine in the past. Also tried compatibility mode and same problem. No idea what might have happened, other games seem to work just fine.

Did you install any kind of Direct X in the past? Or some dll or C++?Maybe an open Gl refreshing can cause this.
(By first time i missed some dll files and needed to search them. )
There is an option by the compatibility to run it as administrator or try to set the colors and resolution in different ways.Did you try those?
I hope you found an answer.

Can anyone assist? I have downloaded parts one and two several times with both Mega and Nopy and tried extracting numerous times. I have both 7Z Opener (Which has worked very well for every other game needing to be unpacked) and Zip Extractor. 7Z Opener never progresses past half way unpacked, and Zip Extractor extracts an Empty folder. So, I ask, can anyone assist or know what the problem may be? Thank you.

You should play Part 1 , (download and extract using the latest WinRar) and once you finish that one then download and Play Part 2. They are not two parts of the same installation but one a continuation of the other.
Thank you! I was tracking that they were separate episodes if you will, I was just trying to explain that I couldn't get either of them to work. It was the .rar vs zip that I wasn't aware of as needing different apps to open. Again, thank you! both have been unpacked and seem to be working well! I have been wanting to play this for a long time.
