Also, is it normal that the second render took 30 minutes (I put max samples to 5000 to try and remove the grain) ?

Sup Guys, I started yesterday to learn about Daz3d, after I played this amazing game.
I was able to learn quite quickly and did this amazing job of Beauty Caroline:

But I was not happy with the face, Our Caroline has a More Skinny face and nose!

still not totally happy but I think I am close, What do you can recommend to me?
I want add today Genitalia and Pubic Hair, can you tell me what to use?

Since the ass is open, the basic genitals are used (Genesis 3 Female Genitalia.duf in anatomy folder)

Like this but to do it better you had to let it go a little longer with wet effect

This is not basic genitalia, basic genital is in Victoria 7 Bundle. Ass are not open like this with new gen for v7.

How do I deal with noise?

It's not bad but should reduce a little wetness, so that it is more natural and at the same time reduce the rendering time ^^ The shadows with the wet effect lengthens the rendering
