HAHA, I never noticed until after the post lol, Physics were overloaded and looks like the tongue just pops through the throat!
I gotta do some tweaking and find out what's going on. Unfortunately this is running on the 2018 version of Unity which is locked into 1 CPU core of physics, which is the MAIN bottleneck.
I have to tweak settings to get it to work well in real time.
Subsurface skin reflection and tessellation are also great but my rig doesn't handle it well in real time with 2+ people with other demanding effects.
