You need it, incest will never be added officially to the game.

The patch is just a marker. The game just looks to see if the patch is there. If it is, it then unlocks the incest text.

The added Sara secret cards are excellent.
But did you need to erase a previous card?
Don't change two cards. It would have been nice to add two cards.

I'm just started & am with Caroline at night (with the doggy/cowgirl) part in her room at night & can only select "doggy style" & the other Caroline scene at the park which i did is still not unlocked in the computer.
Is there something wrong with my save file?
