Caroline wins. It used to be that Linda would do anything to please you, but now Caroline will, too. Caroline also isn't fucking mental, so that's a huge plus.
Linda is my favorite by far with Caroline and Liza tied for second place. Sarah has the sweetest story though so I'm glad she's getting attention

You don't need to import anything. The saves are stored in another directory.

What makes you think they are is? If they were, they would be already on Discord, and accordingly here. Or were sent to hundred-dollar patrons. In any case, it is unlikely that you will see them.
There are no updates to the game, such as NLT. You need to delete the old version of the game (to not take up space), and download the new one on the first page. Saves will be picked up automatically from Appdata.
If you reinstalled the OS after you finished the old version, so there are no more saves. You need to make a backup before you delete the game. Milfy City/Game/saves
