if today is Tuesday then a valid reason for not releasing updates is - today is Tuesday and not Wednesday, if it were Wednesday - then certainly! but today is Tuesday... alas. a good author has prepared explanations in advance why the update was not released... the universal reason "it was released, it was released, but it didn't come out!"
