Well i really start to dislike that woman, she just want to control her son, he is her property and she is ready to seduce him to isolate him from other women. That's bad, really bad, she is ready to play him, to lie to him to make him believe she is sexually interested. And then when he will realize that it was just fake and that was only a way to keep him away from that woman, that will end up badly.

Apologies if this has been covered already. Is there any reason to select a more selfish or stern option during Lauren's choices (Uncare +1 when using the WT mod?) Scenes are a little different, but do those options derail Lauren and Jacob's relationship? What I am asking is if the three stats matter, and by how much? Thus far, I've picked nothing other than the most loving options.

At the minute there are variations written for every option. I can't really give away too much without spoiling plot points.
The game is still in its early days, but we are planning to track these stats behind the scenes. How many times you act uncaring/nonchalant/strict towards Jacob will have an impact as the game progresses.

No worries! It's a perfectly valid way to play the game.
You'll also be able to switch things up mid-game if you find that your current approach isn't working. e.g. start Uncaring and switch to acting Loving etc.
Imo, there is no need for character voices. I just skim the text and skip to the next scene if I tried to listen to them it would take at least 10 times more to finish the story. I guess nobody cares about voices, I suggest stop adding voices and use that time for something more useful in the game

I'm in agreement with you. Honestly the FIRST thing I do when I play ANY RPGM or Ren'py game is mute the sound. Aside from muting because of the absolutely horrific music choices some Dev's make... it just makes me want to shove a hot needle into my ears sometimes, voice overs are annoying to me for several reasons...1) They RARELY sound at all natural and 2) Nothing irritates me more than having someone read aloud text as I'm reading on a screen or paper in front of me, I read FAR faster than anyone on this planet can legibly speak and being forced to follow along as someone plods through their dialogue is the mental equivalent of trying to run with an anchor tied around my waist.
