Even after I close the game and start it up with the images already downloaded it still give me the error

It MUST be immediately made clear - this isn't NTR from the way it's described.
If we play the mother, the son fucking one of her coworkers is not cheating, infidelity, cuckoldry, etc, or anything that NTR means. The only way it would be would be if the coworker was married and in that case it's her husband being NTR'd.
The player is in no way part of NTR from the way the setup is described. That said it can still be corruptive and something you want to avoid, sure, but it's just really weird to read "NTR" after "A mother is worried about her son fucking some freak"

Cool, I'll move on then. That didn't really come across in the description. The description made it sound like she would be going after the coworker's family or something to the same effect, not try to fuck her own son first.

Yes it is. If you reverse the sex of MC, the SON and the RED HEAD no one would even question this being NTR.

How would making it a father-daughter thing suddenly make it NTR?? There'd still be no cheating and infidelity implied.
It's technically NTR if there's pre-existing incest and some form of """relationship""" prior to the coworker's shenanigannery, but otherwise there isn't, and the genders don't matter.

NTR doesn't need cheating or Infidelity. At its core to me, it just needs to invoke a sense of jealousy to the MC and/or reader.
And I used that reversal example because 100% no one would even ask the question whether this was NTR or not.
Example-
-MC is a Male working in office and finds Coworker Jamal stealing from company.
-MC confronts Jamal and Jamal counters by saying if you report this to the higher ups, ill go after and seduce your daughter you love so dearly. Ill make her fall for me to spite you.
-Later MC warns daughter about the Black bull at work but daughter seems to be intrigued or even wants to have sex with the Jamal despite being a virgin.
-Conclusion, MC daughter will slowly fall for Jamal BBC while MC is powerless to stop it.
-NTR plot begins. In this game the sexes are just reversed.

Why are you holding onto the correct meaning of the term so much? Think of it like this: Lauren is first and foremost a mother and nothing can change that.

What else are you expecting to see? My very first comment was pointing out that this isn't NTR and it's strange to be calling it as such. Just because people view NTR as other things doesn't mean anything.
If I said I viewed "incest" to actually not mean incestuous relations between family, and said that I view it more as strangers roleplaying as step-siblings not even sexually, others would understandably go, "What is your damage?"
Long and short of it is, NTR is a specific thing, calling something as such when it isn't is obviously going to aggravate someone at somepoint. And that's me, the guy I am, now, at this time. Truthfully just the question of asking why I am hung up on the correct use of a tag has thrown me for a loop and if that was the goal, you're a master
