.Nah, she isn't. Inspect those two renders more much closely. Their face is similar, but also completely different (nose, jaw etc.). The blond is just another crush to appear it seems.
Is it really so? It is clearly indicated in the folder name: "hair change". She's entering dark-haired, and a woman, with the same outfit as hers is blonde in the last! Another hint: "Pick-up call" and she's blonde, and so on with many other folders.

Unless the MC gained some weight, the devs did a physical surgery on her or they did some render error, that's clearly someone else. I mean just magnify the two pics, because the difference is very much noticable (wider and crooked nose, chubbier cheeks, sticking out jaw).
This is why one never enters with any expectation besides "if it's being developed then cool, if not meh. Plenty of fish in the sea".

We've been working ahead. We only released Weekend 1 because we already had it ready.
DreamBigGames and I are self-funding this project. If we abandon this then we're out thousands of dollars for nothing.
If that's not an incentive to complete the product, then I don't know what is.
I don't know what else to tell you. You have two folders clearly showing it's her: "hair change" where she enters with one hair color and then exit or ending with another. "Yoga session", with a sub-folder "ask son to join", where the one doing the yoga is the "mysterious" blonde.
