Taboo version contains scenes with Alice, Ginny, Lily, Emily, Tina and other loli for whom there are no full scenes yet. The prepatched Android version is available in the developer's discord.

Yes you can, at least in samsung a51 and a34 you can with a file explorer.

Personally, I don't think we'll see an update for at least 3-4 months.
