Holy cow, the "fix" is a false positive, here are the 2 files that are in the archive...just place BOTH in the game folder and overwrite.

Monkey Business v0.7 fix

The fix being detected as potentially dangerous probably has something to do with it being .rar extension but actually being .7z file. I would assume most AV programs dislike that.
