One quick solution that comes up to my mind is as following: a temporary goal with set amount for „x” reason, open until the goal is reached. If the hero appears whilst in progress, the goal is suspended until the next update.
I think any one can spare a penny or two, and if its done by a moderator and someone who is reputable it would be a shame that they scammed some guys that all together contributed with a penny for lewd content. After all we are talking about a relatively small amount projected commonly.
