I'm usually not one to complain about tags, especially when they were planned for a long time or were there, but when tags are added unexpectedly like this, it's a bit of a blow below...
I always knew and thought that this game was vanilla or little corruption with romance, but...

now as sad as it sounds, it's weird to see "swinging" in tags...

I have no complaints about "swing" or "ntr", because everyone has their own preference and perversion, but changing the plot like this with an unexpected turn, it always causes trouble from fans who crave ntr content and from vanilla fans. Although I myself am a fan of harem games, but I avoid such arguments... it's a bit strange that in some games developers started adding tags unexpectedly related to ntr and swing, now it's already trending

in general, I hope in the future these contents will be optional, because I like this game and the direction the Dev was going. I just wish the developer luck and don't jump to conclusions just because fans want such scenes, just follow your plan!

Dude, don't get me wrong, I know you're a huge fan of "sharing", but every story has a line that shouldn't be taken with an unexpected twist right away!
You understand perfectly well what this situation will lead to, which didn't even hint at such scenes, except for corruption...

every game has its own style and story, and where the plot is initially heading and then bam and suddenly the plot changes.. so developers should always warn about such things for planned, I'm sure you'll understand such a thing.

Well, I've just finished reading the contents of the update and I've read the last few pages of comments and for once, I'm adding my opinion, because, the discussion about the NTR looks civilized and, it's nice.
Personally, I don't mind the NTR, for example, I love “Long Story Short”, which would be pointless (for me) without it. But I'm not obsessed with that, what interests me is characters with a minimum of personality and consistent behavior, and if that requires NTR to justify it, no problem.
In this, Rin is in the continuity of her character, going into every possible fetishism, my problem is that she's only defined by this and that it becomes her only interest...
For me (it's just my opinion), the NTR is anecdotal, the problem is that the author doesn't really know where he's going with his story, and in the meantime, he fills in the gaps with Rin to keep his audience interested. Easier and quicker to do than to continue developing Lin and Annie's story, for example, I've come to wonder what other new fetishes of Rin we're going to get in future updates rather than the continuation of the story...
But I understand the anti-NTR stance in this case, even if it's avoidable... there's a problem

I think (as I said earlier) that some things happening in this update are likely because the power is broken somehow, whether caused by Selene's comalike state or affected in the same way Selene directly is. Ofc we still don't know why Selene is the way she is, but I think it stands to reason that her power could also be screwed up as well.

Despite her exploring of her boundaries, she actually acted fairly out of character this time. Other than her pet play, this wasn't just "I wanna try something new." Rin likes sex with risk of being seen, but not actually getting caught. I don't remember her ever expressing any interest in voyeurism, let alone something as extreme as interacting with a gloryhole. And, in fact, a "mindless" stat was introduced in this update for the MC allowing her to go off the rails. I doubt it would be called "mindless" unless the intention is that it's not actually Rin's will to do those things, but some kind of "malfunction" in Selene's power.

I understand the concern about too much new stuff (disliked by some) being introduced, but I do think this still falls in line with the story. While I could definitely agree that some updates in the past that were solely Rin felt more like filler (even though I really like her), I don't think the same is true this time. The power negatively affected Rin and making her become a mindless puppet, driven forward by unnatural lust. That sounds like it's still very much in line with the recent development in the overarching plot of the game.

Imo, game devs can add whatever content they want, it's their game, after all. If they want to listen to other folks, follow the money, etc., that's up to them. But the valid point from folks is that this is a fetish rugpull -- adding a new fetish after the game has been in development for a while already. I.e., there have been expectations built up over a long period of time about the type of content and then 'suddenly' something new, unexpected, and undesired was added. As folks have pointed out, planned tags were never established, though.

I'd be interested to know what actual patrons think, since they've sunk money into game and since I'm just a dirty pirate sailing the F95 seas.

I agree and also think it seemed out of nowhere. That's why I've theorized as I have (already covered by me multiple times now) what I feel is actually going on, so hopefully I'm right. For me, the issue would really be moreso that it's not in character with the behavior already established for Rin. She's done some risky things, but outright blatant disregard for common sense and sudden desire to do something with someone else while she's with the MC hasn't been anything she's ever done or expressed a desire for previously. So hopefully whenever Selene gets better (I assume she will), the erratic behavior will stop as well.

that is not a "fetish rigpull" - every bit of content is completely optional. also, new stuff gets added all the time, game is not set in stone. then, what "expectations" we are talking about - the content is basically the same, if you want to experience particular fetishes, no one is taking that from you, if you want other people not having things that they like - that is your problem.

IIRC mindless was used for nearly everything this ep, even putting a leash on her, but yeah agree with you.
What bothers me more is that the mindless stat may lead to a different path and the last thing this game needs is yet one another path, especially for Rin, when it already neglects half the other girls and Rin has by far the most content.

I also would wish a option to permanently disable fetish content, like i serious don't like pissing content, just give me an option to say no once and for all.

Was going to post this same thing also it's sad this game is going in a bad direction also like RHC did in adding controversial stuff. But yeah hopefully the dev of this game removes it or something and doesn't do it again. But I'm sure it's far to late for some as even if the dev removes it or changes it somehow people probably won't like her as much anymore who know what she did by reading the comments here or played the update and got to that point who don't like that stuff and also probably have done removed the game from their devices and put the thread on ignore.

I definitely agree. There are plenty of paths already; there's no need to complicate things further. I always am for making content optional, but especially when it starts going into rarer and/or more extreme fetishes like watersports. I think every choice for Rin this update had a "mindless" possibility, but if you chose to restrain her you avoided that. Since Rin kind of "comes back to herself" by the end (e.g., thanks the MC for not letting her engage with the gloryhole), it feels like it might be a temporary stat that gets reset every so often. But IDK for sure; I never looked at my save or in the Console to see if the stat still had a >0 value.

I hope it's not a permanent change, because I'll undo some of my choices in this release otherwise. I've never been into watersports anyway, but regardless I absolutely don't want her to become a mindless fucktoy. I know a lot of folks get sick of her — and it's definitely fair; I'd like to see more progress with others and especially the main story — but in general I like Rin a lot and don't want her to get turned into a walking fleshlight.
