Still says I need to have sex with 1 more girl, but I already had sex with all 9. This is for v 1.2. Also update says new character added and there are new scenes for the gallery of you and the roommate in the shower, how or where do you encounter these?

Unfortunately, there is a bad bug with one of the girls: the nurse.
The game doesn't "count" her. Don't know why.
She has sex with you, but the list of goals doesn't get updated. You still have to fuck 9 girls after her.
This makes the game impossible to complete. No 9th girl, no health certificate and no college.
In the previous versions this bug didn't exist. Hope for a future bugfix...

The doctor says you have to f**k 10 girls fot the cure . So, After the Nurse, 9 girls remain and this is correct.
The Girls are:

2 SALES WOMAN
3 LIBRARIAN
4 ROOMATE (COUSIN)
5 TRAINER
6 EMMILY
7 DIRECTOR
8 SECRETARY
9 DEAN
10 BARBARA
Actually the Doctor says 9, but the objectives list says 10 before the Nurse. You can't have sex with the Saleswoman until after you get your certificate. Unless they changed it.
I use to do QA for gaming companies. Seems to me they need quality testers before they release a so called "final version". It is true that no game is 100% complete, you fix one bug and that opens a can of worms. 1.1 had fewer bugs than 1.2, hire real tester that will find and reproduce these issues in order to fix them.
One more question, It said that 1.2 added a new character and new shower scene which appears in Gallery. Where do you find this new character and how do you achieve the new Gallery pictures??

Strange have you only copied college.rpy in game folder ?
In game folder you must have college.rpyc and college.rpy
I can use your save without problem ...
I have never received an error message, but I have run into similar bugs others have reported.

The problem is when the last is salegirl , if you fuck as last librarian there is no problem.
You can try also this mod , place store.rpy in game folder where store.rpyc is and you can fuck salegirl as last.
Total 10 girls to fuck in 1.2 , 9 in 1.1 version
I've scrolled all the way down last line has enhanced drone the 2 free spaces. Wouldn't let me keep buying it if it was in inventory

My fault. I extracted the file from the archive and replaced the existing file by adding the letter C in the file extension. Now it all started. Thank you.
