Are the scenes that were originally not animated yet, animated now in the new update? The changelog doesn't specifiy about this.

Have you clicked the photo on Director's desk so you know Barbara is her daughter ?
If I remember you can catch another rat and repeat photoshoot with secretary and enter again .
Or load a previous save and click on the photo before photoshoot and enter in Dick's PC.

Oh woops I processed dean as director (I'M AN IDIOT PLS ROAST ME). For the dean, there should be an event where the dean is stuck bending over at the statue. I don't remember if it's RNG-based, or if it can be triggered a specific way, but that's the chance to screw the dean.

So you already did it and failed? Then unless you have a save for before that, you can't fuck her. When you're given the choice, you aren't suppose to help her and instead take advantage of her compromising position.

just one more stupid game to delete !!! this games have the same problems ! when you do something wrong can`t fix play from start ! i play Foot of the mountains two times from the start ! first time give aunt ring before i know about tennis at weekend ( can`t play that ) ! Second time i buy wrong red dress and can`t buy white and play again from the start !!! that is all from me and this game
