If by V you mean S as in Season 2 and Season 3, then you simply forgot to reapply the patch to Season 3

Well... in some dark corner of the multiverse somewhere, someone might assume that you were implying that an F95 AVN, whose initials are Grandma's House, is fantasy-based and therefore not based in reality, unlike this fine AVN which is clearly and indisputably TOTALLY reality-based (anyone who suggest otherwise is a heretic and undeserving of our time and attention... The technology was (on purpose, by me) designed to only be able to clone through embrionary cells, so Meemaw is 66 years late to get a clone for herself. Even if it was possible, having met Amanda and Eva, she wouldn't accept a clone of herself being "built" to retrieve the clone's womb so she could have another kid. That would mean the clone would live without a womb all her life. Olivia wouldn't accept that.One would think. But then I remembered that the Family owns a massive genetics company that solved all the IRL problems with cloning humans...so organs ought to be pretty easy to restore, no?
And that isn't taking into account her willingness (or lack of) to be a mother once again in her last 60s after going through a transplant.
As other players have told you, you forgot to install the patch. It should be installed with every update.
