on the itch io page he said that there was an artist, but that the artist used generative AI as a "tool", so i guess the "no AI" rule of steam worked for once

If you really have to (cheats for a short game like this are not worth the effort IMO)
Unzip the cheat.
Crack open the app (right click - Show package contents) and put the contents of the cheat folder in /Contents/Resources/autorun/game
As alwalys, make a duplicate of the app first before modding it.

"Hazelnut Latte" has a story and is cute and HANDMADE, although i don't really like it's dev

It's 746 megabytes, as shown on the official Itch.io website. I assume it's the full game, but we'll find out
I wouldn't expect anything until Haunted by Femboy came out. That's a welcome surprise.
