No, you're doing something wrong. I can confirm that I have played all the way through 0.86 and the only bugs I encountered were the nine SymphonyoftheNight already identified, (and even then only some of them showed up for me). To find this list, look at the "Multiple Mods + Fixes" section of the OP, then scroll down to "Bug Fixes v0.86". If what you encounter isn't on this list, it isn't broken. I just navigated you directly to the bug fixes for all the broken pages. You may want to bookmark that or download them in advance.
Are you sure you're supposed to go to Otter Labs and not Chemistry Lab in School? Normally, Mrs. Jordan talks to you after class and sends you to talk to her husband at Otter Labs. To get to him, you talk to the receptionist at Otter Labs and select Dr. Jordan instead of Maria. If she's sent you to her husband, then you should have two choices at the front desk.
If you're using Book of Faces to navigate around in-game, it's not great. It's often misspelled, or skips a step. It tells you to meet Maria by the pool for all of the first half of the game, for instance. Here's a link to the walkthrough .pdf if it helps.
Are you wearing your uniform and is Lucy following you? If so, then look just outside the gates for your coach, he's your target.

So no Halloween update, lazy BON again on vacation this time for 2 months instead of 2 weeks.
So now are u gonna comment thread about every game which didnt get halloowen update? Its like 99%. Special updates are mostly individual and not many devs do them.

Why are there so many bugs in this game, first one I run in to is my stepsister sucking some dick making the game impossible to progress. Once I get that one fixed as I am playing my character randomly disappears, and cannot get him to reappear and I cant find a fix here for it.
I have the same issue, but I'm using joiplay. When I replace the 3 files in the bugfix with my files in saves. It gets stuck on loading. Am I using the bugfix wrong?

If you are using bugfix 7, it is only two files, not three???? Replace with files in saves?????????
The zip when extracted, would give you a "www" folder. You copy this folder to your game directory(location) on your android device. e.g. if your game is located at /sdcard/games/mynewlife and when you enter that "mynewlife" folder you are seeing the game files and "www" folder; This is where you copy the extracted "www" folder.
Fix has been tested by me and others who have used it without problem. So I am assuming you applied it wrong. Retry and it should work just fine.
Further, you can read METHOD 2 instructions . It is basically the same as mentioned above but with pictures to give you a better idea
Did you try opening the phone "W" key and trying the bugfixer for character stuck option. Mi....ght work, if not, you can send me your save at the point where he disappears or when he already disappear and I will try to fix.
