encrypt all your files & in the future no one will be able to access them.
That's not the issue. I don't care if they have access to my files since I have nothing to hide. But the person investigating thought she found something on my mobile phone and now basically claims everything she (may) find, is also something she doesn't like. Not to mention that you basically can't make anything out of the DAZ3D files except if you open them in DAZ ( a 91x91 unrendered preview gets generated when you save scenes, but they won't do much ), yet she claims that characters like Lena need more investigation ( most likely cause she thinks she is underage ). That this is absolutely retarded is out of the question, but she's pretty keen on having at least some kind of case against me ( since the initial allegations were already proven to be false ). It's all a big mess and one person with an actual brain could check all my daz3d files and say "Yeah, there is nothing even remotely close to illegal here".

That's kind of the problem though... ppl with an actual brain are becoming more and more rare these days.

always remember that everyone is guilty to the cops, they are always trying to trick everyone into incriminating themselves.
(even if they cant incriminate themselves)

cops are a hammer & everything they see are nails

K7 doesn't live in america where cops get financial bonuses based on arrest's etc.

The issue here(based on what k7 is saying) is the officer handeling k7's case is letting her personal opinion on that something could be illegal with the assets or usage off them.
And is using the Crypto scam case as leverage to buy time and actually find proof to do so.

In any case i think it kinda looks like Abuse of authority or mal-practice ,If k7 and/or his lawyer can proof this it he could get his stuff not related to the real case returned.
this of course is speculation i have little to no knowledge on german laws & police limitations . i'm sure k7 is doing everything he can to get his stuff back, and most likely already discussed this route with his lawyer.

It all comes down to the court case they want to fabricate against me. In terms of "Abuse of Authority" I can't do much at the moment, but once this is over I can start pressing charges and basically report her to the "higher ups" at the police station so she gets investigated, which most likely will lead to nothing ( but internal investigations prevent her from getting a promotion for 6 months, no matter the outcome ).

You could inform woman of the police that you intend to bring her a trial for lost earnings. Her personally in a civil trial. As she realize that she may turn out that you owe 100,000 euros, it can change her attitude.

if he can or not, won't change much, k7 already said he needs to wait for the officer to finish her current process "building" her case around the assets harddrives before he can take any other legal actions.

if he can do that and win, sure it will be some mental payback and/or a compensation for the trouble.
but i believe K7 just wants to get on with his life etc. putting this drama behind him.

As we know that they are (to an extent) monitoring this thread I feel like a saying in english is appropriate here for the people handling K7's case on the police's side:

Either shit, or get off the pot.

Either K7's assets contain illegal things (I highly doubt they do) in which case, find them and charge him.

Or they don't, so stop holding his livelihood hostage.

It has been OVER A YEAR, all you have to look through is a bunch of DAZ files, just open them in DAZ studio (or whatever the editor is called, I forget) to see what they are.

This can't be hard, shouldn't take more than an afternoon for one person.

If a case over loss of earnings ever does make it to court, I'd suggest literally demonstrating to the court how long it takes to open the files they took (take a backup of the drive the moment you get it back and use that).

Disclaimer: not a lawyer, not even a lay "expert" in any system of law, let alone German law.

no, you can't sue an on-duty cop as an individual unless they get fired over the mishandling of your case or they cause unnecessary death or severe physical injury and they are found to be guilty in an internal investigation. (which never happens)
you have to sue the police force.
statistically 98% of all suits against the police in the western world are handled out of court because the police do not like records of how much tax dollars they piss away every year on incompetence.
the police may be seen as "professionals" but they are in no way "legal professionals"

Is it possible for a good lawyer to help you eat her up and also to sue her for money ?
