It's happened three times for me so far, twice with Nefari once with Naira. Go to leave you room using the door and there's a chance it'll happen, at least I think that's how it works.

I'm not sure at what level but it's just a "random" occurrence
If a girl is at ?? level then there is a chance that she may knock on the door to invite MC to do an activity

I had to say no to Velle inviting me to the beach so many times I feel kinda bad about it.
