I just chose to load that chapter with the most dominant option, and you get that option in the end
My dear friend, you totally miss ItI was somewhat disappointed with this update. No threesome, no proper lesbian stuff, very few actual sex scenes (just one sexy time with Mike and a bar blowjob, basically), no side action for MC with Ashley or anyone.
I also tend to play on Neutral path, and a Sub Cuck path replay (when I make sure to make all the choices differently) just gave me the same results, the only exception was Tara's nip slip.

Autosave is just that, keeps a record of your current playthrough so when you start the game again it picks up to where you left off with those choices. It only holds the current playthrough.
If you want to keep different paths, and different choices, use the saves.
Best update out of last few, imo. Got this 'naughty' feeling back

You do not have had her suck you in the past. She offers anyway. This is not a requirement
You do indeed need to go to bar (so don't load the memory with the fast-forward options as it defaults to you not being there)
Drinks isn't a requirement
You do NOT ask something to share pic. It's important you say YES right away
