And as you can see in the original announcement even if many parts of it were a lie, this “mini-game“ specifically was real.
(The funny part is how everyone was so surprised and saying “It's actually real“ because they didn't read the small text in the end of the video).

Even so, generally anything said on that day has been usually fake news just due to the fact it was posted on April Fools, so even that small text at the end would make at least some people would consider to be part of the joke and therefore not real.

I can understand that, but in this case the “announcement“ was not even made in April 1, so while I can't say there will be something with the same level than a short mini-game, I still think the chance to get something good or at least decent is high.
Man, I liked this game because of the masturbation aspect, but it looks like that's not gonna be in the sequel.
