And just like that one of the only games where you can play a black protag is abandoned. so annoying.

Dev was active post release then just vanished. Which we can speculate is he is likely not here rip , incapacitated or incarcerated. Doubt this situation is like other devs being lazy , demotivated or just not giving a fuck. So these conditions are different.

yeah you're probably right. it's just annoying that i'll probably never find an adult vn like this again.
This did take on another avenue from the more popular non fantasy games here. Lol no shota/loli bs and a black protag who isn't a complete moron( but he extra hood so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and likely has a proclivity for horrible decisions justified by circumstances ...etc ) or extra fugly. Who knows I prob make a game in the next couple of months. If you want a black male character who gets screen time "The Copycat" is a choice . And If it's for thickness and animation its gonna be "Godson Remake" but don't expect too much from the story and release schedules.

is the copycat the ntr game with the racist serial killer and you play as the scrawny cuckbait with the hot mom? that's precisely my problem: every game i've seen where there's a black male in an important role it's always him being racist fetish material for the intended cuck audience which is already stupid cause it goes off the assumption that the only people who like ntr are people who put themselves in the cucks position rather than the dude doing the corrupting. "hero party must fall" is a good example of an ntr game where you play the corrupter and i'm trying out "shadows of desire" but it's dissapointing so far since the game literally says you can play both the male leads (cuck and corrupter) but the renpy version (the old version is in fucking rpgm) is not only incomplete but i've been stuck as the cuck mc in a route that specifically says you play as the corrupter mc the most. all i want is for 98% of vn's to not have a white mc by default especially when most don't put as much effort into the male charecters designs as they do the girls: might as well allow people to change skin tone since the name is always your choice.

I mean most of the people who make these VNs are white, & so we see that reflected in their creations, as porn creation of any kind is often a personal self pleasure first & foremost. Also the changing skin color stuff sounds good, but that would mean so many more rendered scenes and/or animations, & the cost likely doesn't justify the time or computer problems. I agree with your sentiment, but it makes sense why things are the way they are. Also I 100% agree that more attention should go into the lead male model, no reason they have to look like a dusty, default NPC while the female models are unique(...sometimes).

Yeah idk man hopefully dev resurfaces but until then you have to make your own game to see a black protag who isn't fugly and or fucking stupid. You do realize the shota character seems to be the most prominent / cash cow archetype . That speaks volumes. If yall serious we can make one [ will be shit for a few releases ] just message me....can't program or do art but willing to learn ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ... also okayish with daz.
