There's in fact, 2 CGs that are different. the first one is on the hot spring, the other one is on the happy ending one (or Ending 1)

In addition of this as well, there's actually a different in some lines between the original (JP) and the EN language, some lines were omitted/missing from EN language, compared to JP language
