And what diffrence it would do, huh? Would the story be less interisting? The gameplay would become more fun? The characters more hot? No, no and no. The difference? None. Just some "art purity" guys trying to be a fake hero that no one asked for.

Let me tell something: The use of IA on everything is happening. Technology, books, movies, games, etc. Theres no way back. So just do your things, have your fun, and stop looking if theres IA finger on something or not, because mostly of the times the answer will be: YES.

Ariadne and Ligaea are the main ones, but the other girls/women in the party and one outside of it might become Romantic Interests depending on different choices and accepted/pushed away characters into the party. Despoina starts out to become one during chapter 12, during the Ball, if you accepted both Lorena and Somnus into Alexander's Party. Lorena starts as one at the same point as Despoina, but only if you(player) kill or not accept Somnus into your party. Calysia starts to become one after repelling the attack of Alivaen Grove and if you killed Lorena in Chapter 2 or exiled her after the attack on the Grove. Lorelai is most likely becoming one in the next chapter or maybe a bit later. Cynthia is probably the only one who wont be becoming a Love Interest for Alexander because she has her childhood friend that arrives at Castle Kharos to become it's Librarian and who's interested in her or her battle interest that she shares with Lord Jirou that arrives with Sartherion during Chapter 12.

Pain. Cynthia is probably the girl I'd most want to be a love interest.

What's story mode?

Story mode is an optional thing that makes combat easier. You'll usually be offered the opportunity to turn it on if you lose a boss fight.

This latest update has added an "Adventure mode", which is effectively the same thing but can be turned on in the settings.

It looks like there's a bug that prevents it from being turned back off in this version. The dev has released a fixed version, but you could also reach out to him and get a save fixed on the discord or steam as Maroder suggested.
