You have to talk to boss of shop at the computer while fighting the thugs, have to talk to him after first fight, and then again while fighting them. He gives key to the staff room in the evening. After they're defeated you employ them, and they stand guarding for sakura solo midday, and the three girls, Rena, Kaede, Yui, and Sakura also joins in at level 5. You have to cancel their weekday lesson via speaking to the boss of the shop.
I have no idea how I get the changing room key?
I understand how to do the scenes. But getting random items from problematic NPCs is absurd.
Is there anyway for me to quickly move to the ending after reached the lust lv 5 with the girls ?
After you defeat the 2nd thug and speak to the manager he gives you the changing room key

When i first played it it lacked a ton of animations and was grindy as hell

Overall, it's not that worth it because it's a grind game where you have to do the same thing the whole game until level 5 [for each girl], but if that doesn't bother you then go for it.
I have this issue with this game that whenever I create a save file and than leave the tab and come back to it the date numbers both go up by one every time. Same thing happens on the load tab. I have no idea why this is happening. When I try to load one of these files it just shows up as a black screen.
Any idea how to fix this anyone?

This is a fullsave (Sakura Ending is force edit to the save also Sakura defeat one since i'm lazy to start over) only for cutscene,
Sakura Ending is not possible until get the update file according to the error it very likely the cutscene ID is wrong or the data missing.

Scene 'Gallery-DLC-Ending-Sakura' couldn't be loaded because it has not been added to the build settings or the AssetBundle has not been loaded.

He gave me the evening room staff room key. I spoke to him every encounter with the thugs. I spoke to him after and prior to the first thug on being beaten. I went and spoke to him before and after I beat each 1 through 3 thugs. He only gave the staff room key for the evenings.
This is my second attempt at it. New game plus. I have 5 scenes left, Peeping easily done after training her in the evening and watching her in the changing room, through to the Sakura ending. Last 5, ending is easy she is level 5, and so is everybody else. 4 scenes that require that bugged key.
Does anybody play and test their game. I'm not doing it again. It isn't worth it. Twice now, first was bugged. No key for evening entry, now no changing room key. Why did you need two different keys? Ridiculously. Forget it. It's bugged. Use a key chain or key card next time or better make sure you can pick the lock.

I know why it bugged as well, in both games I let the second thug beat me to get the fallen warrior scene. Of course you cannot speak to him properly on this. The next times I did. The first attempt, playthrough I let each thug beat me on first encounter. Because it was funny. I spoke prior and then later every time.

Whenever I try to give a gift to the Neighbor's wife, it won't allow me give it to her. Are there certain gifts she can take some she can't?
Here's the saves.
Save1 is a few days from ending (all girls maxed)
Save2 - Day before the ending
Save3 - Save to start New Game+
Save4 - Endless Mode (just the save when Endless Mode begins)
Save5 - Endless Mode (Did most of Sakura's content before reaching her ending)
Edit: Can you share the 1.92 version if possible?
It should be the gifts you get from the store. Try the cheapest to the most expensive gift.
