Bro i check this motherfucker's Ci-en page every other day even though i'm perfectly aware that he only posts articles on Sundays (IF he decides to post something that week that is).
First he posted an Article in June with the title "FINAL", where he said that he's gonna be able to finish the game either that month (June) or the next (July), which obviously didn't happen so then he made another article on the very last day of July with the title "FINAL2", where in typical Asian fashion he overdramatized everything and he was talking like he's the main protagonist of an anime or something, he said stuff like:

Fast forward a month to September 1st, he makes ANOTHER Article with the title FINAL3, where he basically says that he found a bug that took him a long time to fix and because of that the reminiscence is still not finished (I'm not gonna make a comment on that), and then a few weeks later (September 20th) he made a post on twitter with the caption "Just a little more..." and then he attached an image to it that i can't for the life of me figure out what it's supposed to be.

The only reason why i still believe that this game is going to be released at some point is because this is like the 5th game of this dev or something like that, so it's not like he's a random nobody that's just trying to scam people with their non-existant game or whatever...AND there's also a relatively short demo available for free so that kinda proves that the game at least exists. Bro thinks he's the Attack on Titan of porn games with this many "final" articles....

I see hahaha, well for my part I have the memory of having read when he said that he forgot the reminiscence room which seemed strange to me and gave me to understand that he is one of those developers who leaves that job at the end because it is relatively easier to program (I have slight knowledge in RPG Maker and for some experiments I've done with some games I can say that the programming of the reminiscence room is somewhat easy compared to other jobs).

But I insist, what I don't like about this developer is that he doesn't put effort in trying to improve the sprites, obviously there is a small improvement between games, but even so they are so minimal that make you wonder if he is really trying to improve as a developer.

Also, you can also understand that maybe he is not 100% dedicated to the game as other developers can do, and maybe he already feels comfortable and managed to create a community that supports his sprites, but personally I don't like the sprites he makes at all.

I think it's supposed to be MC (?) peeking into a room (behind curtains) with the girl on the bed in a kinky outfit being fucked while being held up and a lot of tissues and cumstains on the side. But idk what that weird beige stain to the right is supposed to be tbh.

But yea, that is besides the point, I feel this on a deep level man. These are the kinds of developers where Im sometimes like "yes they can make a decent game, but what the hell are they doing with their life?". Any by that I just mean it seems to me they are incredibly troubled by things that seem relatively straigthforward. I mean their "overdramatization" might be just their style of humor in a bad situation, but it feels like this is a trend esp. for Japanese eroge developers, that shortly before a "planned release" they completely "break down" and delay the game by 3 months, making fishy sounding excuses that don't add up, putting up their best peformance of "I suddenly turned terribly ill" or tell horror stories about they "worked till passing out" with a dogeza emoji at the end so people "forgive them".

Like no offense, I get work is stressful, and its not easy to organize yourself if you are self-employed, keep up the motivation, plan stuff correctly. But just goddamn say so and don't make up excuses. Also, I am never sure if they are telling the truth, exaggerating or straight up lying when they talk about passing out and whatnot. It could also be a translation problem. But either way, if it's the first they should REALLY work on their workflow and stop these extremely unhealthy work patterns (especially since it feels like it only comes to all of this because they set themselves unrealistic deadlines or they procrastinate until late in the game and then have to rush to actually get it done in time. If it's the middle they should really stop putting it like that, it feels very disingenuis and does not make them look good in the eyes of people, and if it's the latter then they should cut the bullshit and just tell it as it is. There are real industries, esp. in Japan, where working till passing out is a real thing, don't take that lightly, do your job. If you procrastinate admit it and just move on.

They're decent games but nothing groundbreaking, if you like pixel sprite scenes and NTR then you should give them a try, but as i said, it's not gonna blow your socks off.

Tiria: Haven't played / first one of the series and it shows from what i've seen.

D.P: VERY short / sister NTR / no combat as far as i can remember.

Black Fetal Movement: VERY short / Childhood friend NTR + Childhood Friend's mother / there is combat and it's fucking annoying / i did NOT like this game whatsoever and i'd say it's a 3 out of 10, maybe a 4 if i'm generous.

Nettle Pain: Best one out of the 4 games / don't remember the relationship that the MC has with the 2 girls but i'm pretty sure both of them are childhood friends, there's also a big city and many other women are being corrupted throughout the story / a lot longer than the previous games but still nowhere near as long as a Henteria game, or maybe around as big as HC1 / the new upcoming game is called Nettle Tribe so i'm assuming it's gonna be connected to this game to some degree.

(Fair warning, there is bestiality in D.P and Nettle Pain, but it's only 1 scene and it's with a horse in both of them)

I've seen devs like this in the past who don't practice good backlog management when it comes to developing certain elements of their game. They end up overpromising the extent of what they are looking to develop in upcoming version releases, and then a short while later, they backpedal on that promise because they start being realistic about what they can/cannot take on as part of their figurative "development plate".

I get work is stressful, and its not easy to organize yourself if you are self-employed, keep up the motivation, plan stuff correctly. But just goddamn say so and don't make up excuses. Who knows tbh? It's anyone's guess really. The truth is, is that this is a very multifaceted problem and the real reason (e.g., whether it is a miscommunication in translation, family problems, personal mental/physical health issues, or just plain lying through one's teeth, etc), all we can really do is just speculate at the end of the day. The optimist in me wants to give the benefit of the doubt to the dev, but the skeptic/cynic in me also wants to further investigate what the dev's actual plan of action (POA) is concerning updates/work practices they are exercising to get the final updates over the finish line.

Yeah, that goes without saying that it's essentially adding more "scope creep" to your dev backlog which ends up complicating things from a game dev administration standpoint. It's why there are some devs who get stuck into the whole "rework/remodelling" of existing scenes schtick when they should really be progressing more of the story narrative and/or unfinished/neglected paths in the game if there is choice-based/route-based gameplay involved.

I remember not being into it when it came out. I'm into NTR for the corruption of the wife/girlfriend/childhood friend, so the heavy focus on the cuck's inner turmoil and the kinda lackluster corruption progression of the heroines (I could be mis-remembering things, but it felt like they did fall for the bad guys almost instantly) made this a bust for me. Great art, though.

Yeah it's essentially a sad drama story, mostly ntr type c.

In the seldom chances the third guy gets to encounter the target girl, all he needs to do is present a flawless facade to her at every chance of interaction he gets (remember that prodding will make his facade far more susceptible to being perceived as flawed by her).

This works NOT because the third guy is conventionally incredibly attractive or masterfully suave (he is likely not). But purely because he is subjectively perceived by her as more flawless than her current boy, and accessible enough.

This is very well thought out. I love it. I think you're on point that a well written NTR game where the FMC is stolen, not with blackmail, magic pills, curses, "rape till she loves it", is to truly replace the existing MC with the "bad guy".

Honestly if you read posts on all the Dead Bedroom communities from women, you'll hear this. She doesn't feel "desired, loved". She feels taken for granted. She feels like "he" doesn't do enough. And then in comes this guy from work who is just so charming, kind, hot. Basically perfect and what she wants in a man.

Nothing Is Forever is the only game I can think of that MIGHT go down this route. So far there isn't any of that NTR content we are talking about. The only one right now is consensual sharing, and MC cucking his friend. There is the main girl who might get stolen in the future versions. But it's hard to tell. I looked at my entire catalog of favorites in the signature but did not see anything like what we are describing. Maybe Thug Hero Party in one of the ending sequences.

Right on. My first NTR experience from more than a decade ago is still a vivid memory. At the time, my stomach twisted itself into knots from excitement, and I forgot to eat or sleep for the next 2 days. After enjoying NTR games for so many years, the white hot intensity of emotion is no longer there, but I still to this day get a huge kick out of the genre.

I had a similar experience too.


I started with older hentais and in some of them there was teasing of the girl cheating, only for it to not happen and her choosing to stay with the good guy in typical vanilla stuff - or the classics with ogres/goblins etc "stealing". That already was enough, and it did made me curious to watch disaster happen in some stories - or for the ntr to be followed through. I guess the rush came from the "wrongness" and forbidden nature of it.

But as soon as you get that first stomach knot of watching/reading/playing good ntr it's really hard for anything else to come close to it. I don't remember 100% which ntr hentai was my first on the animated side - but I do remember my first ntr doujin: Love Letter by jingrock. That shit ruined me for a couple of days lmao.

And then, you get into the vns, rpg maker games, fanarts, animations... And you find yourself in f95's ntr discussion thread years later.

It's funny bc for me it doesn't translate at all into real life stuff. But in hentai/fiction it's so fucking hot. What a twisted genre we're into, huh.
