You're probably not gonna find it tagged much here, but generally "elongated nipples/areola", "darkened nipples/areola" ect. are used on other websites to refer to it. If you want more I'd recommend searching for post-pregnancy/pregnancy games with corruption tags and mostly Japanese games

that 3 hours play time save is all it has.
there just nothing besides CG room.
after the night in desert city it's 0.7 or something and it's all done, the game said itself that it's all there is to it.
0.8 and 0.9 is just CG room scene full of shit (literally).
and here i thought i found something decent
