Yes, the 0.50b is the last version with the most up to date content, but OP has only th 0.50a version.
The MV Build (now Build 4) is only porting the content that 0.50 version already has.

The difference between 0.50a and 0.50b is minimal, I think it's just a mini game or something, not really sure.
About the link, many people have requested it before, but I don't know if anyone got any response.
Probably when 0.50b released someone posted a link here, but right now I don't think there's a link available.

You can't right now. Game is going through an engine upgrade period, which means that most of the stuff present around 0.50 has to be converted for the new RPGM Engine.

Are you sure the game needs to be updated at this point? Perhaps there is a "hotkey" that opens up the world map in game, correct me if I am wrong on this.

Giving a look into the quite recent Build, there seems to be a way to access the world map.

Dunno. The changelog says that the world map plus other areas have been 'transplanted'. And I am refusing to download the game right now until it gets properly ported and new stuff is added.

It seems like the event to increase Yarizo's relation lvl to lvl4 is gone (maybe), because I still can't watch it even after using the Event Test Mode
