Alrighty, time for some useful feedback (written in bad english, lol)

First of all, when releasing a game, always think about games like Phasmophobia, The Forest, Satisfactory.
Why? Because they went into early access with a great product and developed it over months/years until the 1.0 Release.
What do i want to say? When going in with 0.1, your game should have a good amount of content (we don't talk about 10hours, but it should keep people entertained for at least 45-60min.)
Also the writing, the art (i will comment on this later) and the whole game should be in a state, where the user finds not much buggs, inconsistencies or annoying loops. And it simply must be catchy.

You choose NTS to be the main topic and that's a hard one, because there are enough others out there, who make games with the same topic. So the game must be good.

About the writing, try to build the setting up more smoothly and not to fast. Yes, much writing takes a lot of time, but you save time by using AI for the Art. So use that time. Also find smth that makes the game special.

About Ai Art, idc if a game has AI Art or not. If I like the Visuals and the game itself, anything is fine. But using AI, the Art should be on a constant level (if your characters are evolving in one scene, then you have to change smth). Idk what you are using for creating, but you should maybe reconsider, if it gives you that much different outcomes.
I for myself use AI Art often, but mostly for logos and other work related stuff, but I always generate stuff until it is at least 9/10. (Look at my pfp, it still has a lot of flaws, even I really tried to make it best)
And yes, that might take time, but it is important, else users will have problems with your art.

And finally, since i saw you wanted to start a patreon, if you want others to support you, always listen to your fans and users and never try to play around with them.
They are, at the end, the foundation of the game.

So maybe try to rework your current game for the 0.2, get the Art together, make the story longer and more catchy, give the writing more focus.
And try to have a name and tags, that really match your game.

I, for one, am glad to see a recent explosion of netorase games. Are they all hits? No, but hopefully if the genre continues to get more popularity there'll be more and more gems. It used to be pretty damn hard to find any netorase games of any quality in English. Will give this a try after a few more updates so I can spend an evening or so playing.

I'm surprised that the story start with couple already in a steady open dynamic, and it's done quite nicely. Some might say it's a bit over the top, but this kind of straight in your face debauchery is not without charm, and it's unique in a way among ntrs vn.
