We have three major variants of Holly in the game so far. One is "super-nerdy" Holly, which is her base persona at start. Ian and her can get together only rather early via the book travel. AFAIK a later option to get together with this Holly hinges very much on several factors and is complicated.

Version 2 of Holly is "encouraged" Holly. You can get her either by being in a relationship with Ian, who deftly encourages Holly to be more bold or by Holly wanting to learn how to attract Ian by being more like Lena and Ivy, but keeping Ivy´s influence low. This the more forward Holly we can see at the beach holiday, e.g. wearing a bolder bikini and still have a Schopenhauer book with her. I even got that once with a slightly slutty Holly, when I kept Ivy influencing Holly but on a low level.
Also had a path variant with Ian and Holly already in a relationship and Holly having the erolit book with her.

Version 3 of Holly is slut Holly, who you get by Holly wanting to learn how to attract Ian by being more like Lena and Ivy and letting Ivy influence her a lot. As I said, it seems to be a late variant to get together with Holly. This is rather clear by dia/monologue. Slutty Holly is obviously after Ian by her statements during the beach holiday and some Ian variants recognise this version of Holly rather positively.
As mentioned earlier, I theorise that if Ian and wild Holly become a couple after the beach holiday, this will mostly end Ivy´s influence on her. Since Holly now got Ian, who she wanted from the start, she would see no need to become sluttier/wilder. If Holly is not encouraged to keep trying pole-dancing, she will not interact with Ivy at all in some early scenes, this leads to some changes:

-Holly won't go to the sex shop with Lena and Ivy
-Lena's conversation about Holly's past (family, previous relationships, etc) will be had over dinner with Louise, not while drinking with Ivy
-Holly won't be there for the club outing in chapter 7 (where Holly first meets Marcel)
-Holly will wear her glasses instead of contacts during the book fair with Ian
-Holly will be there for the shopping trip with Ivy and Lena in chapter 8, but won't try new underwear
-Holly will be less fit (no defined abs) during the shoot with Lena in chapter 10
-Holly won't go to Ivy's birthday party
-She won't try to flirt with Ian in chapter 11 if Ian is single or broke-up with Lena
-She will comment on having too little stamina after having sex with Ian in chapter 11
-In chapter 11, Holly will unavoidably give pole-dancing another try, if Lena doesn't have sex with Ivy in the showers and doesn't drag Holly into a 3some in the showers either, then she says she will probably try Yoga instead in the future
-In chapter 12, she cannot be "fit" and Perry won't comment on her looking "hotter"
-In chapter 12, she will not try to smoke weed, unless she had the 3some with Ivy in the showers (the 3some activates "holly_slut")

Also it removes some opportunities to increase holly_change, I think you can still get enough points elsewhere but I did not check if all thresholds can be reached.

Overall I'd say keeping her away from pole-dancing is a "anti-corruption" fool-proof measure, with the only opportunity to re-enter kinkier content being the 3some in the showers with Ivy. Otherwise only worth checking out if you want to try a variation of Holly that is "softer" and more nerdy for longer in the story.

Lena is the only girl that can be in a commited relationship with Ian. They can fool around with others if you push them as Lena for instance and they will do it.

Its mixed as far as I can tell, she does not gain the abs, but she changes her hairstyle, has more confident dialogue and changes some of her habits (mostly being on her phone instead of reading a book while at the beach).

I think it might be a bit jarring of a change but I haven't done a test playthrough to see how it feels. For whatever it is worth, adding Holly to the shower threesome in this route requires her to have had sex with Lena previously, so that comes with some implications regarding the route (she isn't with Ian, she's been admiring Lena a lot, etc).

IIRC the only girl with who you can actually be in a committed relationship with (the rings icon) is Lena. Everybody else is mostly love vs lust but never a committed relationship status. I think Cindy too at some point if you tell her to break up with Wade but I'm not sure.

You can still kinda control their outcome through decisions.

If you keep banging Allison every chance you get, Jeremy will tell you she doesn't meet him anymore. Emma and Allison kinda interfere with each other so if you go for Emma, Allison WILL go for Jeremy and vice versa, if you go for Allison, you miss your shot at banging Emma. Emma won't fuck Jeremy if you don't get her first and encourage him to do so and you can basically keep Perry off of her. Same applies for Cherry since he relies on your wingmanning for both cases.

Holly is mostly a standard corruption path à la GGGB. The more you push her, the more she'll do. Pretty simple.

Cindy either bangs Axel or Axel/Ian. There is no stopping her so far.

I am curious how that might play out, but I doubt Ivy is going to just remove her claws without a fight. Ie. fuck Ian to show Holly that she's still better than her, and Ian isn't the committing type.

It would be a major letdown by EK if she would make a scene like this. It is very clear that wild Holly became slutty due to missunderstanding Ian´s taste in women (at least partly since we have several versions of Ian). Her finally getting Ian is exactly what she wanted when she started to "slut it up". So all or most of the influence slutty Lena and Ivy had on Holly will be gone.
She´ll still be friends with them, no doubt, but the influence on Holly will depend a lot on our decisions how Ian reacts to wild Holly. If they go to a full dedicated, exclusive relationship, Holly will keep her wild side for the bedroom, but that´s it. If they go for a full dedicated, exclusive relationship with Ian really liking her slutty side, they might experiment a bit, but nothing major.
And in the case they go for a dedicated relationship, but Holly having not missunderstood Ian´s taste in women, she, Ivy and Lena might still go really wild because this variant of Ian´s likes it justlike that.

Holly could fixate on some bad ideas though. Like she needs to be slutty, to keep Ian. Or whatever twisted logic, but by the time slutty Holly actually gets to ride Ian, she's rather disconnected.
