In some of my playthroughs Holly have pics with clark while in some she doesn't...what the variables for her ending up clicking pics with clark

Well assuming Holly always becomes a slut and is never in a relationship with Ian, which is when you get images shared of her, I think only having high relationship score with Lena blocks Clark. lena_go_holly, which you get points in when kissing her and being romantic with Lena. Did you do that?

I think I'll start making multiple saves with different choices. I played the new update following the Holly/Lena trinity path, and the only thing in the episode was text to read—ZERO new scenes. It was the same with the new DIK update. My two favorite VNs with zero scenes in the latest update.
At least you get more than one update a year with this game.
I found that folder and delete all, but in game, stills all of muy old saves
i dont know what a i do wrongThat's kinda how you supposed to approach these AVNs. There's little to no replay value if all you do is pick the same route and run it to the ground.
Experiment with different paths, different decisions, different behavior for your MC, you'd be surprised how much you can have deviating for your regular thought process.

I liked very much the progress on Cindy's path, specially if Ian previously followed the optimal love path. The just fucking route is also pretty well implemented, although if Ian tries to tell her he wants more in the previous chapter that choice is almost ignored. The non optimal path with Cindy, she's is truly infuriating and it leads to tell her to go fuck herself or maybe a cuck Ian situation which I guess was the intended result, so well done too.
I was kind of dissapointed with Emma's path progress though, if you didn't choose to encourage her to go for a hotter style practically nothing happens there. And it felt pretty weird to me that in a love path there's not an option to suggest living together giving Emma's situation and Ian and Perry's animosity. It felt even stranger when I played another save and saw Alison's path where you can talk about living together and (finally) explicity saying that they are in a serious relationship. Good progress for a path that had been pretty stagnant for several updates.
Ian and Louise relationship continues to feel pretty rushed and undeveloped, specially if you choose the love options. But not bad if you go for the chad Ian just fucking her route.

It's not taken into account, in fact durign the pub conversation with Emma and Wade, Ian tells him that she saw Cindy shopping with Axel. Maybe the sociopath run was not intended and it was assumed that an Ian wanting to fuck Cindy would sabotage hers and Wade relationship. Also, I'm not sure if it still possible to get the wade_cindy = 2 or if the code has been retroactively changed.
To be fair all characters in the first game are incredibly one dimensional and their looks reflected that (it was much more about the outlandish porn than it was about being a story, after all).
You got "first page google images result" from all of them: "gang thug" for Wilson,"old creep" for Arthur, "wealthy old white man" for Ryan, and so on.

Can't say anything about the future, We are yet to have a solo scene with Ian & Ivy, although we are warming up to it, considering Ivy can send Ian nudes, I'm hoping for a IanxLenaxIvy threesome on the open path. A threesome with Lena & Emma is confirmed, but i dont know about Emma & Ivy.

It is. Demand a relationship (so don't be in a relationship with Lena already), pick the love options, except in chapter 12, when you must use the wits option to set boundaries. This steers Cindy into not taking the relationship for granted, refusing Axels move on her, and in this chapter, you can convince her to follow through it.
