My guy in christ... 5 years ago I would have agree with you. Now? The game is borderline below average and her "work" is entirely run of the mill at this point. Sure there are all different paths that affect the story, yet I'm 5 years in waiting for one damn path to come onto the launch pad, with only recent times getting small crumbs of hope. There are quite a number of games that have many paths that affect the story that are on par, if not do a better job than ORS.

So, politely, I call bullshit.
I think that's a bit too far tho. Is the game living up to the potential that the beginning had? No. Compared to most of the female protagonist tag games on this site it is still in the top percentile even tho it's obvious Eva is having a hard time with the story especially on the non Lena/Ian paths.

And whose fault is that? She's having a hard time on Non Lena/Ian paths because she has completely abandoned her proposed story in favor of trying, abietly failing, to make everyone happy.

She could have told all of her supports who were requesting and demanding things this: "I understand that you want to see certain things. And you will, however I very much want to focus on shaping this story as I see fit. While you may see less of some things, there will be varies things here and there I hope will satisfy some.'

Now, it would be likely she would have lost some money with that possible statement, but I think she still would have retained most of her supports and would likely have supported her even more had she stuck to her story. She didn't. And right now she is scrambling to try and save face with everyone. More Lena fucking every possible dude or chick possible to cater to the NTR/Cucks while shafting Ian with less and less time on screen and time with any of the girls.

Politely I ask name one that even comes close? I've literally played hundreds of AVN's and none come even close to this one when it comes to choices and a variety of paths. If you prefer to see one relationship more than another or you're not happy how one character has not been developed then it's too bad. There is enough of a buffet here to choose from and be satisfied with.

It's obvious that Lena/Ian is the spark for this game's creation. I think Eva just underestimated the amount of players who aren't interested in this pairing so now she needs to spend even more time developing the side relations to be satisfactory. I'm not interested in the pairing and it's not for any fetish/kink reasons. I find that pairing uninteresting due to how heavily Eva pushed it in the beginning of the game if you just wanted to play it as Lena being friends with him. I think the biggest hurdle Eva set up for her self is trying to make this game have 2 different protagonists at the same time and maintaining all the different branches. I think the kink focus is really just a crutch the dev uses while she tries to come up with an interesting story because she has experience with that from her previous game since it's easier.

Would Eva have had an easier time if she made a kinetic story where Lena always date Ian? Maybe. I know personally I hate when games force the mc to already have a significant other.

The reason Lena seems to get more in terms of content over Ian is because she grew her audience off of being able to play as a girl since her first game and Ian seems to have been a challenge that she set for herself since she thought she could tackle certain topics with a guy mc.

Is it really considered "cucking/NTR" for Lena to sleep with all the girls and/or guys the player can if Lena has no relationship with Ian?

You are right. It does trigger the crisis. If Ian chooses the broken heart option. The one that Ian says he can't see Lena as just a friend. And Lena chooses that she still wants to be with Ian. They do agree to become a couple at the end of the chapter. Ian does act jealous the whole chapter though. And there is some flavour text. He also shares he is not thrilled about Lena seeing Jeremy behind his back. In chapter 13 if Ivy told Lena about Cindy she asks Ian about it and he flat out lies if he was still seeing Cindy before the beach house events. Lena can even bring up Jeremy as a candidate for the MMF threesome.
What are the important choices in this route? No matter what I do I couldn't get Ian and Lena to become a couple in chap 12 if Lena woke up Jeremy with sex in chap 8.

Unfortunately you're not her manager, and catering to fetishists seem to work for her. Too bad for you!

Sure it could be better, but nothing is perfect. She bit more than she can chew though, with a double protag.

It's not a bug.
Python:
    elif v11_tell_dream:
        "Lena looked at me and smirked before delivering her statement."
        l "Never have I ever had a dream about my ex cheating on me and found it arousing."
Lena tells about the dream if Ian told her about the dream. It's not determined by the cuck flag status, but by whether this actually has happened in the play through. Which is perfectly logical: Ian "stopping" to be the cuck doesn't erase the fact he's had such dream from existence, and Lena who knows about it can give him shit about it just fine.
It is linked with the cuck path, because you can tell lena about the dream, only if you choose at least one cuck options.

Code:
"{image=icon_sad.webp}Tell Lena about the nightmare" if v11_gillian_dream == 2 and ian_cuck:
$ renpy.block_rollback()
$ v11_tell_dream = True
Sure Lena could give him shit about it, but it still is a little strage. It was personal discussion. I find it weird that, like I said, a good Lena, on a pure path, would do something like that in front of Ian's friends.

Yeah exactly. And making decisions for both characters when they're pursuing themselves is a weird feeling.

As Ian I want to pursue Lena, but as Lena I'm not very interested in Ian :HideThePain:

I am the opposite of you. My main path is a pure Lena/Ian and then I have a branch Holly trinity path. I am interested in doing other runs to experience Ian’s romance options because they seem interesting but I am not interested in any other options for Lena besides Holly because I think all her options suck.

What is more sad about it, is that it also happens while you are in a normal relationship with Lena. Or at least it did. I had a play through where Ian still struggles with Gillian, but is in a committed relationship with Lena. A pure path in which he opened up, told Lena about his dream, without being on the cuckold path and then this happened. It felt like a moment of betrayal.

Maybe this is a bug. PilotLara - In chapter 11 - Ian can have a point in ian_cuck, which will let him tell Lena about his dream. Immediately after that there is a footjob scene, in which an athletic Ian could reset his cuckold status to 0. If that happens, the above scene doesn't make to much sense. Ian is no longer on the cuck path.
I've read your report and the discussion that followed. I agree to present it to Eva as I, too, believe it should be locked to the cuck path or at least should have a different reaction between a cuck and non-cuck Ian.

Ehh, i don't know why; it's just a bit of ribbing done in a group of friends who have just shared a bunch of potentially embarrassing "secrets" of similarly sex-related nature. It's not malicious, because it's accompanied with Lena making a "flirt" face. Similarly, i don't think Ian's reaction on the "non-cuck" path should be any different, or that's it's any weird if he isn't on this path: he's simply embarrassed that his friends have heard about it. It's not like he wouldn't be if he isn't a "cuck".
