If you choose "you're playing with me" option just before Ian goes to the beach, Ian sets his boundaries with her and they go on a mini break. After this Cindy stops taking their relationship for granted and fends off Axel's advances as well as quit modelling.
Ian needs to shave his upper lip, but other than that I'd say he's ready to represent Dagestan in the MMA promotion.

I don't think so. Eva Kiss reuses a lot of assets, but for the more hyped scenes with new pairings she uses new artwork. See the Seymour sex scene, the new LouisexIan scene, or the beach trinity scene. The place where asset reuse is most common is either at the beginning of scenes for kissing and foreplay or for scenes she redraws with multiple versions, for example the chapter 13 Lena scene with Ian/Mark/John and some of Stan's scene all sharing the artwork.
