Pretty much what you listed. Some more are in the files already and you can even equip them but no art and itll kinda mess with your game.
Feminization of limbs and ass, breasts, lactation, longer hair/wigs, small bluer tint in the face/mouth. Then the obvious vagina transformation.
There is also a nipple size increase related to the femboy stuff but im not even sure it does anything yet. Previous title needed level 3 for a noticeable bigger change. The anal reconstruction things im also not sure they do anything at all. Cept maybe some flavor text.
how do you get the nipple size increase? I can see it on an older file, so I did it without noticing somehow, but can't get it again. thanks for answering my questions too

Supposedly, the game is going to come out on August of this year... Maybe it gets another advice telling us that it'll require more time to be fully complete...
The Succubization/Tree of Chaos route is the 3rd and last one that's been developed, so either the dev first completes Femdom (1st route) and Feminization (2nd route), or releases all 3 of them at the same time on the full version of the game...
I figure that it MIGHT get pushed back one or two months, which I'm not particularly worried about, so long as it eventually releases. I figure that the dev will finish up the second part of the Chaos route, and then it'll only be a matter of time before they start work on the final portion of each route, starting with the Hakai route.
Then of course there's always the distinct possibility of post-release content being added, like with their previous game, Pandora's Forest.
